These terms govern your use of sardstudio.studio and any services provided by Sard Studio. By accessing the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لـsardstudio.studio وأي خدمات يقدّمها سرد. باستخدام الموقع أو التعاقد معنا، أنت توافق على هذه الشروط.

1. Who we are and what we do١. من نحن وما نقدّم

Sard Studio is a sole-proprietor bilingual content studio operated by Mohammed Al-Suwaidi from Doha, Qatar. We provide Khaleeji-Arabic and English content services (captions, carousels, reel scripts, IG Story sequences, monthly market PDFs, etc.) for Doha real-estate agencies.سرد استوديو مؤسسة فردية لمحمد السويدي من الدوحة، قطر. نقدّم خدمات محتوى ثنائي اللغة (كابشن، كاروسيل، سكربتات ريل، تتابعات ستوريز، PDFs شهرية، إلخ) لوكالات العقار في الدوحة.

2. Site usage٢. استخدام الموقع

You may use sardstudio.studio freely for personal, informational, or business research. You may not:تقدر تستخدم sardstudio.studio بحرية للأغراض الشخصية أو البحث التجاري. لكن ما يحقّ لك:

• Copy, redistribute, or commercially resell our content without prior written permission.نسخ أو إعادة نشر أو بيع محتوانا تجارياً بدون إذن كتابي مسبق.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest our content at scale.استخدام أدوات آلية لاستخراج محتوانا بكميات كبيرة.
• Use the site to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others.استخدام الموقع لإيذاء أو مضايقة أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or security measures.محاولة تجاوز المصادقة أو إجراءات الأمان.

3. Engagement letters and contracts٣. اتفاقيات الالتزام والعقود

Any paid engagement is governed by a written engagement letter signed by both parties. The engagement letter takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.أي تعاقد مدفوع يحكمه اتفاقية التزام مكتوبة وموقّعة من الطرفين. الاتفاقية تتقدّم على هذه الشروط العامة في حال التعارض.

4. Free pilot offer٤. العرض التجريبي المجاني

Our standard free pilot (3-listing bilingual rewrite) is offered without obligation. Once we deliver, the work belongs to the client. We retain the right to use anonymized samples in our portfolio with the client's prior approval.العرض التجريبي المجاني (إعادة كتابة ٣ إعلانات باللغتين) يُقدّم بدون التزام. بعد التسليم، الشغل يصير ملك العميل. نحتفظ بحق استخدام نماذج مجهولة الهوية في معرض أعمالنا بموافقة العميل المسبقة.

5. Payment٥. الدفع

Paid services are billed in QAR. Payment terms: Net 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payment beyond 7 grace-period days pauses ongoing work until the account is current.الخدمات المدفوعة تُحتسب بالريال القطري. شروط الدفع: ١٤ يوم ما لم يُتّفق على غير ذلك. تأخير الدفع بعد ٧ أيام سماح يوقف الشغل المستمر حتى السداد.

6. Intellectual property٦. الملكية الفكرية

• Client owns final deliverables (captions, designs, scripts) once paid in full.العميل يملك التسليمات النهائية (كابشنز، تصاميم، سكربتات) بعد السداد الكامل.
• Sard retains rights to its underlying methodology, templates, and brand framework.سرد يحتفظ بحقوق منهجيته الأساسية، قوالبه، وإطار علامته التجارية.
• Portfolio use: Sard may showcase samples of delivered work in its portfolio with the client's prior approval.الاستخدام في المعرض: يحقّ لسرد عرض نماذج من الأعمال المسلّمة بموافقة العميل المسبقة.

7. Confidentiality٧. السرية

Both parties agree to keep proprietary business information (pricing, internal strategy, non-public data) confidential during and after the engagement.يوافق الطرفان على الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات التجارية الخاصة (الأسعار، الاستراتيجية الداخلية، البيانات غير العامة) أثناء وبعد التعاقد.

8. Service guarantees and limits٨. الضمانات والحدود

Sard ships content within agreed timelines (typically 24-48 hours). We do NOT guarantee specific engagement-rate outcomes (followers, DMs, sales) — those depend on factors outside our control. What we DO guarantee:سرد يسلّم المحتوى ضمن المواعيد المتّفق عليها (عادةً ٢٤-٤٨ ساعة). نحن لا نضمن نتائج معدّل تفاعل محدّد (متابعين، رسائل، مبيعات) — ذلك يعتمد على عوامل خارج سيطرتنا. لكن نضمن:

• Bilingual content at parity (Khaleeji-Arabic + English).محتوى ثنائي اللغة بالتوازي (خليجي + إنجليزي).
• Delivery within agreed turnaround.التسليم خلال المهلة المتّفق عليها.
• Two free revisions per piece within 7 days of delivery.جولتي تعديل مجاناً لكل قطعة خلال ٧ أيام من التسليم.
• One free re-do per piece if a delivered piece materially fails the brief.إعادة مجانية واحدة لكل قطعة لو فشلت جوهرياً في تحقيق المطلوب.

9. Termination٩. إنهاء الاتفاقية

Either party may end a paid engagement with 14 days written notice via email. Founding-client price lock terminates with the agreement. Work delivered up to termination date remains client property.يجوز لأي طرف إنهاء التعاقد المدفوع بإشعار كتابي مدّته ١٤ يوم عبر الإيميل. قفل سعر العميل المؤسس ينتهي مع الاتفاقية. الشغل المسلّم حتى تاريخ الإنهاء يبقى ملك العميل.

10. Liability١٠. المسؤولية

Sard's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the 3 months preceding the claim. Sard is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.المسؤولية الإجمالية لسرد ضمن أي تعاقد محدودة بالرسوم المدفوعة عن ذلك التعاقد في الـ٣ شهور السابقة للمطالبة. سرد غير مسؤول عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو خسارة الأعمال.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and through Qatari courts only if negotiation fails.تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر. النزاعات تُحلّ بالتفاوض بحسن نية أولاً، ثم عبر المحاكم القطرية لو فشل التفاوض.
